Responsibilities

Outbound prospecting and Lead qualification – 50 calls / day
Generate new business opportunities to ensure Robotiq’s continued growth
Leverage sales tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc., to gather and refine prospecting data
Partner with key members of the sales and marketing team to develop target lists, calling strategies, and core messaging
Qualify marketing campaign leads to uncover opportunities
Understanding the sales process and being able to overcome objections by genuinely caring about how Robotiq can help our prospects succeed
Learning about the prospect’s business needs, technical limitations, procurement process, authority landscape, timeline (BANT analysis), and showing them the value of what Robotiq can provide to their organization
Schedule Qualified Lead appointments and meetings for the sales team
Perform post-installation calls to identify potential repeat business
Achieve weekly and monthly “Sales Ready” qualified leads, call volumes, qualification goals, and sales pipeline targets

Required

Mid-level experience
