Product Manager, Broadcast Content & Automation
Sportradar is the world’s leading sports technology company, at the intersection between sports, media, and betting. They are seeking a Product Manager, Broadcast Content & Automation to drive product strategy and collaborate with various teams to enhance content creation and services for live sporting events, focusing on automation and new technologies such as AI/ML/LLMs.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for your products, which will focus on tools (existing and to be-developed) designed to empower writers and researchers to tell deeper stories at scale, doing so with a focus on incorporating new technologies
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the space
Segment our user base to understand their demographics, behaviors, and preferences, and tailor product features to meet their needs
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, working closely with development teams to deliver high quality features and enhancements on time and within budget
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key initiatives, milestones, and timelines for product development and enhancement
Analyze user data, platform analytics, and market trends to make data-driven decisions and optimize product performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives
Prepare clear and concise documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes, to communicate requirements and updates to stakeholders and team members
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of driving product innovation and growth
Experience in working with AI/ML/LLMs and similar technologies
Content-minded: background at the highest-level of sports editorial and storytelling
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Familiarity with design thinking principles and experience with collaboration with design teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
Experience conducting user research and gathering customer insights to inform product decisions
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with experience in managing product backlogs, prioritizing features, and facilitating sprint planning sessions
Knowledge of the sports, data, and technology industry and experience working with development teams is highly desirable
