Human Resources Liaison - College of Science, Technology, and Health

The University of Southern Maine’s College of Science, Technology, and Health is seeking a full-time Human Resources Liaison. This role is crucial in providing personnel support to faculty, staff, and administrators, managing compensation contracts, and facilitating hiring, training, and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

Coordinates personnel related actions on all College of Science, Technology and Health employees
Acts as the liaison on Human Resources matters between the College and all other University and System offices on and off campus
Manages compensation contracts for all College employees
Facilitates the hiring, training, and performance reviews of each staff and faculty member
Interprets, analyzes, and develops College, University and System policies and procedures
Assists the Financial Manager with employee salary issues
Advises the Dean on all personnel and administrative matters

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of three years of relevant experience
