Responsibilities
Define overall solution architecture for Guidewire implementations across ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, & BillingCenter
Lead integration strategy and design with third-party systems via APIs, middleware, messaging, and cloud services
Drive configuration and customization efforts aligned with business needs
Own technical design reviews, performance tuning, and scalability planning
Work closely with business, engineering, QA, and leadership teams to ensure successful delivery
Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
Ensure alignment with Guidewire best practices, architecture patterns, and security standards
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on expertise in ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, and BillingCenter
Deep experience in Integration
Strong experience in Configuration using Gosu and Guidewire frameworks
Solid understanding of cloud deployment architectures (AWS/Azure preferred)
Leadership skills with experience driving cross-functional teams
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder interaction skills
