This role combines deep technical expertise project ownership responsibilities
Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise security solutions that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements across network, endpoint, and cloud environments
Design and implement cloud security architecture and controls, supporting secure migration and hybrid infrastructure
Provide expert-level technical consulting for internal projects, ensuring alignment with security best practices and compliance requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into project planning, architecture reviews, and operational workflows
Represent the security engineering function in cross-departmental initiatives and technical discussions
Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for security engineering initiatives

Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, systems engineering, or a related technical role
Deep expertise in scripting, automation, and infrastructure-as-code
Proven experience with enterprise security tools and cloud security architecture
Experience with hybrid and cloud environments, particularly AWS
Advanced administration and troubleshooting skills for both Windows enterprise environment
Certification: CISSP, or equivalent
Individuals must be authorized to work in the United States for Sonepar without VISA sponsorship now or in the future
