Mid, Senior LevelHorizontal Talent is seeking a Production Readiness Manager to ensure smooth transitions into production environments while emphasizing supportability and value realization. In this role, you will bridge business and IT functions, drive continuous improvements, and manage readiness activities using Agile SAFe tools.

Responsibilities
Evaluate and determine release readiness requirements for stakeholders
Collaborate with various teams to define and update operational models
Create and develop monitoring and troubleshooting aids and artifacts
Facilitate knowledge transfer and create support manuals for IT Production teams
Monitor post-release stability and provide feedback for future improvements
Coordinate training and communication plans with business teams
Lead project gating processes and manage readiness activities using Agile SAFe tools
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in release management or production readiness across diverse environments
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present to leadership
Proven ability to influence and negotiate within a matrixed organization
Experience with large integrated programs and process improvement
Self-directed, results-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure
Preferred
Familiarity with AWS or development environments
Experience using JIRA for managing readiness activities
Background in project management and navigating ambiguity
