Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for TRIRIGA users and client requests
Assist with system configuration, enhancements, and updates
Analyze current system data and support remediation or improvements
Work with business stakeholders to understand needs and document requirements
Collaborate with design and development teams on new or updated functionality
Support system maintenance and ongoing operations

Required

Bachelor's Degree (required)

0–2 years of relevant experience (required)

Preferred

Experience with IWMS / Facilities Management / Real Estate systems
Basic configuration, customization, or workflow experience in TRIRIGA
Client-facing or stakeholder interaction experience
