Responsibilities
Consult with borrowers and help them move from inquiry to application to close
Gather documentation, structure scenarios, and set clear expectations early
Maintain strong follow-up and pipeline management habits
Deliver clean submissions and collaborate closely with processing through closing
Build relationships with Realtors and referral partners
Coordinate with marketing on co-branded materials, campaigns, social support, and events/open houses
Qualification
Required
Active NMLS license and licensed in California (required)
Some LO experience with working knowledge of the mortgage process from application through close
Strong communication, urgency, and follow-through
Organized and comfortable working in a mostly remote structure
Team-first mindset and high standards for file quality and client experience
