Reception / Administrative Assistant
Eagle Crest Communities is the largest not-for-profit senior care provider in Western Wisconsin, and they are seeking a Reception / Administrative Assistant to join their team at the Eagle Crest North location in Onalaska, WI. This role primarily involves reception duties and supporting the administrative needs of the marketing team and other facility leaders, while also assisting residents in their Senior Living Apartments.

Responsibilities
Be an expert for our residents on what is happening in the building and getting them assistance when needed
Handle resident market sales
Responsible for greeting and assisting residents and visitors, providing occasional tours to potential residents
Admin Assistant duties to support the marketing team and other facility leaders
Fill in for Reception / Administrative Assistant in building 1
Qualification
Required
A warm smile and welcoming personality
The ability to communicate personably and professionally with a wide range of demographics is a must!
The successful candidate must have a demonstrated interest in working with senior adults
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to learn new computer programs quickly to perform duties
Ability to make change and handle financial transactions appropriately
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
