Entry, Mid LevelAshtons Legal LLP is a legal services provider seeking a Product Analyst to join their Business Solutions Team. The role involves analyzing requirements, testing new systems, and developing training materials to ensure effective adoption of business tools across the firm.

Responsibilities
Work with the Helpdesk supplier to resolve third line tickets which are categorised as a business solutions support need
Work closely with Head of Product and Senior Product Analyst with analysis of requirements and solution design
Assist in research requirements for the introduction of new and replacement business systems and business processes where appropriate
Complete testing of Development submitted by System Developers and maintain records in Dev Ops
Work with the Systems Trainer to ensure that systems knowledge is transferred and maintained
Design and develop training materials in line with new system enhancements
Support Systems Trainer when appropriate during project delivery
Qualification
Required
You will be required to travel across of our offices in East Anglia so a driving license and access to a car for business use is essential
Highly self-motivated and proactive

Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
Have a good understanding of business processes
Excellent written and oral communication skills with technical and non-technical users
Excellent IT skills
Excellent understanding of a service environment with a strong customer service orientation
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Able to work alone or within a team
Possess high attention to detail
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Have, or working towards, a professional qualification in Business Analysis
Hands-on to problem-solving and participating in complex implementation, system upgrades and operational troubleshooting
Preferred
Experience of working in the Legal sector
Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt)
BCS Business Analysis Foundation
