Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Execution: Implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue and profitability targets
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Business Growth & Development: Identify opportunities for expansion within assigned accounts and develop action plans to capture additional market share
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work cross-functionally with operations, service, and product teams to enhance customer experience and deliver tailored solutions
Product & Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations to effectively position Sigma Supply’s offerings
CRM & Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity tracking through the company’s CRM system
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Leverage strong selling and negotiation skills to drive successful outcomes and close deals
Training & Development: Continuously enhance knowledge of products, services, and market dynamics to provide superior customer solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred
5-8 years of sales experience, preferably in strategic account management or national sales
Experience in industrial packaging or a related industry is a plus
Proven ability to manage large-volume, multi-location accounts with a consultative sales approach
Strong competency with CRM tools for tracking customer interactions and sales progress
Ability to present, influence, and close deals effectively at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives
Exceptional ability to manage multiple accounts and sales activities efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
