Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term customer relationships
Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities
Lead the sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions
Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage
Qualification
Required
Proven success in sales and account management
Strong customer service, negotiation and communication skills
Experience with lead generation and business development
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite and related business tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, on-site environment in Skaneateles, NY
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Engineering, or related field)
Knowledge of manufacturing, injection molding, or contract manufacturing is strongly preferred
