Technical Recruiter
Groe Advisors LLC is looking for a Technical Recruiter to recruit professionals in the technology and manufacturing sectors. The role involves sourcing, screening, and consulting with clients on hiring strategies while staying updated on industry trends.
Responsibilities
Source, screen, and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles
Prescreen candidates using a combination of methods
Build and maintain candidate database to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified applicants
Remain up to date on technological trends in order to have strategic conversations with clients about their future hiring needs
Qualification
Required
Strong enthusiasm, drive, and willingness to do what it takes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tenacity, resourcefulness, and strong ability to build a solid network
Previous recruiting / sales environment experience is ideal though not required
Preferred
Student athletes are encouraged to apply
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
Experience in technical recruiting in an agency setting
Technical expertise and an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates
