Administrative Customer Service Representative
Fontis Water is seeking an experienced Administrative Customer Service Representative to join their Marietta office in a key operational support role. The primary focus is on route reconciliation, variance resolution, and operational accountability, working directly with drivers, loaders, and management to ensure accuracy and consistency across daily operations.

Responsibilities
Perform daily route balancing and reconciliation of driver paperwork and handheld data
Investigate and resolve route variances in coordination with drivers and loaders
Ensure delivery and inventory records are accurate and complete
Document issues and track them through to resolution
Support improvements to route and warehouse processes to reduce recurring errors
Post cash receipts and assist with customer account maintenance
Support Accounts Payable entry and general administrative tasks as needed
Maintain organized records across operational systems
Assist with reporting and month-end route settlement processes
Provide phone and email support during lunch coverage or staff absences
Assist customers with billing questions and service concerns when needed
Communicate professionally with customers while upholding company policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
4+ years in administrative, operations, or customer-facing office role
Experience working within a CRM or business management system
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and calculations
Excellent attention to detail with solid numerical reasoning
Ability to research discrepancies and persist until resolved
Confident, professional communicator with drivers, coworkers, and customers
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred
Experience in route-based, logistics, or field-service operations
Comfortable addressing issues directly and professionally
Independent thinker who can follow procedures while improving them
Not easily intimidated; able to work constructively within a changing culture
Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
