Responsibilities
Drive the seasonal graphic and artwork direction through highly creative and inspiring research and concepts
Partnering with Senior Design Leadership and cross-category design leads to realize projects from kick-off through production hand-off, ensuring alignment with brand vision and design standards
Create original print and artwork putting into repeats including color separations and formatting based on factory requirements
Manage information flow and collaboration between cross-functional teams across various product categories
Develop and maintain digital and physical presentation boards for design reviews, ensuring work is current and accurate
Work proactively against development calendars to stay ahead of deadlines and key milestones
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Graphic Design, or related field
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Graphic/Print Design within the apparel industry, with a proven and relevant portfolio
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design programs
Strong hand drawing and painting skills, with the ability to adapt artistic style to diverse briefs
Solid working knowledge of fabrics, print techniques, and product development processes
Strong familiarity with fashion trends, textiles, and art history
Highly developed taste level with exceptional color sensibility
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and adept at time management with strict calendar adherence
Portfolio that reflects strong design sensibility, creative innovation, and relevance to the apparel market
