Mid LevelPlanIT Group, LLC is seeking a Master Planner to provide planning and scheduling support for multiple mission requirements. The role involves assisting in the development and maintenance of the Program Integrated Master Schedule and advising the Program Management team on contractual impacts and critical events.

Responsibilities
Provides planning/scheduling support to meet multiple mission requirements located in multiple locations
Assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule
Including proposal schedule development, review/support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development
Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened
Ensure Communication and Cross-coordination with IPTs
Develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
Interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment
Prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required
Must be self-starter and have demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling hands on experience
Additional responsibilities will be assigned as required
Qualification
Required
Experience with Critical Path
Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool
Experience in schedule control processes, proposal development, internal & external audits, and project management integration
Must have experience with Microsoft Project
Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input
Preferred
Experience working independently across Technical Teams developing a basic level understanding of the technical product
Experience with Capture, Research & Development, Production Scheduling Requirements and dependencies between functions
Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)
