Finding job opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities
Educating employers on the benefits of employing individuals with disabilities
Performing job analysis and providing guidance to individuals served
Performing site analysis and identifying job site modifications
Assessing the vocational, social and communication skills of individuals served
Qualification
Required
At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED required; four-year degree in human services or a related field is preferred
A minimum of one year of experience in the field of developmental disabilities
Preferred
four-year degree in human services or a related field is preferred
Management or supervisory experience is preferred
