Responsibilities
Make 20–30 in-person cold calls per day
Prospect, qualify, and close new business in an open territory
Lease our dish washing machines, our cleaning systems, and service programs
Manage the entire sales cycle—from first conversation to signed agreement
Build a strong prospect pipeline
Partner with service and installation teams to ensure new accounts launch successfully
Take full ownership of your territory, activity levels, and results
Represent a family-owned business known for quality service, and long-term customer relationships
Qualification
Required
High energy, competitive, and self-driven
Comfortable walking into businesses without appointments
Strong people skills and confidence speaking with owners and managers
Disciplined with time, activity, and follow-up
Great with people, connecting with them, and earning their trust
Comfortable covering a large geographic territory
Valid driver's license
