Responsibilities
Gain hands-on experience improving the employee onboarding process by helping define a standardized “baseline” technology deployment for new hires
Learn about hardware, software, and system configuration decisions that support different roles
Collaborate with IT team members and managers across departments to identify role-specific needs
Gain hands-on experience in practical exposure to IT process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and user-experience design in a real-world business environment
Qualification
Required
Full-time student in a 4-year (BA, BS) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8
Be legally authorized to work within the U.S
Excellent written/verbal communication
Basic knowledge of Windows management
Strong critical thinking, organizational and planning skills
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Attend first day orientation
Full-time availability between June 1st- August 7th
Adhere to all company rules, regulations, and policies
Final Deliverable – Must prepare and present to management and leadership
