Responsibilities
Collect, validate, and analyze data related to material flow, equipment usage, and labor efficiency, identifying trends and areas for improvement
Document and map warehouse processes across various sites to deliver operational insights, focusing on key functions such as inbound, storage, picking, and shipping
Collaborate with warehouse teams to understand operational challenges and help identify improvement opportunities
Identify and codify best practices and standards to create a toolkit that guides implementation and helps scale solutions across the network
Leverage communication and organizational skills to understand the warehousing strategy and present known solutions as a structured menu of clear options that highlight key benefits
Support the rollout and optimization of digital tools and dashboards across sites
Support the implementation and adoption of new technologies and systems aimed at improving warehouse processes
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, and not graduating before December 2026
