Responsibilities
Lead Billing execution for institutional programs including workplace plans and corporate relations projects; drive continuous process improvement and reporting
Partner with internal stakeholders to support institutional program billing services and firm-wide arrangements, including Corporate Referral services
Analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and optimization opportunities; drive automation and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Create and deliver regular reporting with metrics and insights to support data-driven decision-making across billing services
Lead cross-functional projects with Finance, Client Services, and Relationship Management teams
Resolve complex billing issues and respond to ad hoc institutional requests
Document and standardize billing procedures for institutional service lines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field
4-6 years of experience in RIA billing, finance, or corporate services
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools
Experience with portfolio accounting systems (Orion, Addepar preferred) and Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Demonstrated success with data analysis and process improvement initiatives
Excellent communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Proven project management capabilities with track record of driving initiatives to completion
Detail-oriented with ability to manage competing priorities effectively
