Technical Lead
SGS Consulting is seeking a Technical Lead III to manage financial processes for PO&T IT. The role involves tracking financial metrics, creating reports, and supporting the budgeting process while collaborating with project owners to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Responsibilities
The portfolio analyst is responsible for completing monthly financial and forecasting processes for PO&T IT
These include tracking accrual completion, completing mapping for unmapped project & run spend, managing the issue log with finance to ensure timely resolution, creating monthly reports and performing analysis on the data to provide insights to the PO&T IT Portfolio Manager
This person will directly follow up with project/run owners to ensure all timelines are met, variance drivers captured as well as being a point of contact for financial questions from PO&T IT
The portfolio analyst will create a monthly portfolio review update leveraging data from financial systems, Project Managers and System Enhancement owners
This role will also create materials to be leveraged in monthly CIO reviews that cover topics like financials, renewals, and portfolio health
This role will support the quarterly rebaseline and annual budgeting process- annual operating plan (AOP)
This role will also support a few key projects as the financial analyst to determine variance reasons and assist with forecast accuracy
Qualification
Required
