Responsibilities

Source and secure new real estate supply partners, including landowners, developers, and operators, to expand the company’s truck parking footprint in key markets
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnership structures that align with the company’s growth and financial objectives
Own the end-to-end deal process, from initial outreach through contract execution
Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective real estate and corporate partners
Develop and execute corporate partnerships that support and scale the truck parking business (e.g., fleet operators, logistics providers, infrastructure partners)
Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations, legal) to advance opportunities and ensure successful onboarding of new partners
Track performance metrics tied to sourced opportunities and revenue generation
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and supply dynamics within the transportation and real estate sectors

Required

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Results-oriented mindset with comfort in performance-based compensation models

Preferred

Experience in industrial, logistics, or transportation-related real estate
Familiarity with public-private partnerships or long-term operating agreements
Experience in high-growth, startup businesses
