Create executive-ready learning content, frameworks, and digital learning assets
Lead cross-cultural leadership initiatives to support global collaboration
Administer leadership assessments, 360 feedback, and coaching tools
Facilitate workshops, cohorts, and leadership forums
Integrate AI, digital platforms, and innovative learning modalities
Partner cross-functionally to align leadership programs with enterprise priorities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field
Proven experience developing leadership programs for senior/executive audiences
Strong instructional design, facilitation, and content development expertise
Experience working with global, cross-functional teams
Preferred
Master's degree and relevant certifications (ATD, ICF, LMS, learning technologies)
