Responsibilities

Maintain compliance with relevant quality standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ASME)

Develop and audit quality management policies and procedures

Coordinate internal and external audits and certification processes

Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using recognized methodologies

Manage and mentor the quality team

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues

Maintain accurate quality records and prepare performance reports

Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field

Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain detailed documentation
