Deep experience in claims adjudication, TPA operations, or healthcare pricing
Understanding of how TPAs make money, what drives their costs, and where intervention creates value
Knowledge of the technical layer, including machine-readable files and FHIR APIs
Experience in attracting, hiring, and leading strong teams
Domain expertise as a founder or early operator
Belief that technology can change the world
Desire to be a venture-backed founder
Based in Canada or the US, able to work in North American time zones
