Responsibilities
Provides leadership, mission, vision, and strategic direction to the client success team
Builds, leads, and manages a high-performing client success organization
Establishes, engages, and manages key client relationships and oversees day-to-day client success operations
Serves as a key advisor and active participant in the organization’s strategic business planning
Maintains oversight of key performance indicators (KPIs) for service lines and ensures expectations are consistently exceeded
Assists the sales team in the pursuit of new business by leveraging executive relationships and industry knowledge to generate leads and identify new opportunities
Ensures new client services are implemented on time and in accordance with contractual provisions, client expectations, and organizational standards; assumes ownership of the client relationship following contract execution in coordination with the sales team and Chief Client Officer
Develops and executes process or service changes as needed to meet organizational and client goals while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction
Oversees action plans for significant client service deficiencies and manages the service line watchlist to ensure timely and effective remediation
Identifies and creates strategic growth opportunities within the existing client base
Fosters a collaborative environment that supports professional growth and development of employees
Qualification
Required
Must have SVP/VP RCM Leadership Experience
Must Have Anesthesia Client Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred
Master's Degree in a related field
