Responsibilities
Gain work experience in a particular field, including Civil Engineering, Construction, and Construction Management
Learn about the design, construction, and maintenance of a naturally built environment
Learn to design and build in a way that is environmentally responsible
Learn about the roles of construction manager and the work that goes into executing construction projects on time and on budget
Participate in a 10-week structured program with mentorship
Gain knowledge of blueprint reading, estimating, project scheduling, RFI/submittals processes, and closeout procedures
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Degree in Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
Junior or Senior Status
10-week Summer Commitment with McFarland Construction
Flexibility in job responsibilities
Excellent Oral and Written Communication
Valid Driver's License
Authorized to Work in U.S
Preferred
Majoring in Safety, Engineering, and Construction Management
