Handling transactions with accuracy and care
Ensuring showcases remain pristine, organized, and beautifully presented
Supporting store operations and team initiatives to meet shared goals
Qualification
Required
A passion for meaningful client interactions and luxury-level service
Strong communication and storytelling skills that build trust
Interest in fine jewelry, luxury watches, design, or style (training provided)
Ability to multitask in a dynamic, elevated retail setting
Tech comfort with POS, email, CRM, and appointment scheduling
Positive energy, reliability, and a collaborative mindset
Preferred
Experience in luxury retail, jewelry, hospitality, or high-touch sales is a plus
