National Wholesale Account Executive
Open Mortgage Wholesale is committed to providing outstanding mortgage solutions with a client-focused and relationship-driven approach. The National Wholesale Account Executive will develop and nurture relationships with mortgage brokers and clients, manage the sales pipeline, and promote the company's lending products.
Responsibilities
Developing and nurturing relationships with mortgage brokers and clients nationwide
Identifying new business opportunities
Generating leads
Managing the sales pipeline
Promoting Open Mortgage Wholesale’s comprehensive suite of products
Providing guidance and support to clients throughout the lending process to ensure a seamless experience
Qualification
Required
Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills
Expertise in mortgage lending products, including Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA, and Non-QM products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and remotely
Proficiency in industry software and familiarity with mortgage lending guidelines
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Previous experience as an Account Executive in the mortgage or financial industry
