Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between providers and the company, ensuring clear communication and positive relationships
Support credentialing and recredentialing activities by coordinating provider communications, tracking submissions, and assisting with application follow-ups
Manage provider changes such as relocations, terminations, and status updates to maintain accurate and compliant data in our systems
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve provider inquiries, credentialing discrepancies, and data integrity issues
Assist with delegation audits, provider onboarding, and ongoing monitoring processes
Contribute to provider education materials and communications regarding credentialing, compliance, and policy updates
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently
A collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving and provider engagement
Preferred
Experience in healthcare services, credentialing, or medical staff services
Familiarity with credentialing workflows and systems (CredentialStream experience a plus)
