Mid, Senior LevelKeyPhase Inc is seeking a hands-on Project Manager with strong pharmaceutical or biotech experience to drive Quality & Regulatory Compliance initiatives within a regulated IT environment. This role focuses on standardizing delivery practices, strengthening governance and control frameworks, and supporting the digitization and automation of compliance processes while partnering closely with IT, Quality, Regulatory, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities
Lead Quality & Regulatory Compliance projects from planning through execution
Standardize ways of working across IT, Quality, Regulatory, and Engineering teams
Drive governance, risk management, and control framework implementation
Manage project plans, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and reporting in Jira
Ensure deliverables meet regulatory, quality, and internal control requirements
Maintain transparency through dashboards, documentation, and executive updates
Qualification
Required
Pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience (regulated environment)
Strong background in Quality, Regulatory, GxP, validation, and audit readiness
Proven experience leading compliance-focused IT or technology transformation programs
Ability to define and implement governance and control frameworks
Hands-on Agile and hybrid delivery experience; strong Jira proficiency
Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
