Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including development contracts, energy supply agreements, equipment procurement contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and strategic partnership agreements
Provide support related to corporate structure, subsidiary management, intercompany agreements, and general regulatory compliance
Assist with securities reporting and disclosure obligations for a publicly traded company
Advise on zoning, permitting, and regulatory requirements related to infrastructure development projects
Structure and negotiate energy procurement agreements and power purchase arrangements
Handle real estate transactions, including site acquisitions, leases, and development agreements
