Responsibilities
Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to provide technical support, feasibility analysis, and pricing for projects
Consult with customers, distributors, and internal teams to address application concerns and optimize solutions
Guide prototype manufacturing and product/system development, ensuring designs meet performance requirements
Prepare and maintain design documentation using CAD and other engineering tools
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking progress, changes, and outcomes from start to finish
Conduct limited field visits to support implementation, training, and customer troubleshooting
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in product/application engineering or sales support, preferably in a manufacturing environment with electromechanical products
Hands-on problem solver with mechanical/electrical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
Proficient in CAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems; comfortable learning new tools
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate with customers, peers, and leadership
Associate's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (Bachelor's preferred)
Willingness to travel 10–20% within the continental U.S
Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle safely
