Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payables (AP) and Accounts Receivables (AR), ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments, billing, and collections
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
Utilize Excel (VLOOKUPs and PivotTables) for reporting, data analysis, and process improvement
Maintain organized and detailed financial records to support compliance and audit readiness
Take a proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating ownership of tasks and a positive, energetic attitude
Leverage technology and accounting software as a tech-savvy contributor to streamline workflows
Handle administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents
Provide direct support to the Controller with reporting, audits, and special projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree is required
QuickBooks software experience is required
Proven experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and GAAP knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, Formulas, Functions, etc.)
Proactive, energetic, and capable of working independently
