Responsibilities
Responsible for the comprehensive oversight of interior unit renovations, larger exterior value-add construction projects, and infrastructural capital projects for vintage apartment communities throughout Southern California
Ensure that all phases of these multifaceted projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety
Extensive coordination with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, tenants, and property management to deliver successful projects that meet all specifications and regulatory requirements while minimizing disruption to residents and ensuring their satisfaction
Work closely with construction administrators, handle light accounting tasks, and collaborate directly with the asset manager for each property to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with investment goals
Qualification
Required
Energetic and skilled project manager
Comprehensive oversight of interior unit renovations
Oversight of larger exterior value-add construction projects

Thorough understanding of construction processes
