Responsibilities

Own short-form video creation across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
Lead end-to-end video production including ideation, filming, editing, and publishing
Produce content for both the founder brand and Cassidy, including product, culture, AI, and POV videos
Turn meetings, conversations, ideas, launches, and day-to-day moments into high-quality social content
Develop repeatable video formats and creative systems that scale
Stay on top of AI, startup, and creator trends and translate them into timely videos
Constantly test hooks, pacing, visuals, captions, and formats
Track performance and iterate quickly based on what works
Occasionally appear in videos when it adds authenticity or improves the content
Proactively bring creative ideas and concepts without waiting for direction

Required

0.5 to 5 years of experience in video production, editing, or social-first content
Strong editor with excellent creative taste, pacing, and storytelling instincts
Deep understanding of short-form, organic social platforms
Excited to work hard and take full ownership of output
Comfortable filming with lightweight setups and moving quickly
Not afraid to be on camera when needed
Genuinely interested in AI, startups, and building modern companies in public
Highly self-directed and biased toward shipping

Preferred

Experience managing or growing social accounts for a founder, brand, or creator
Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, Descript, or similar tools
Experience balancing multiple content streams at once
Familiarity with analytics and performance-driven iteration
