They are seeking a Front Desk Team Member responsible for handling receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Welcoming guests and members
Managing schedule & reservations
Maintaining the pro shop
Assisting with sales
Answering inquiries
Supporting the overall experience at the facility
Qualification
Required
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
Be familiar with pro shop inventory and be able to effectively sell products
Basic Computer Literacy including point-of-sale systems and booking management software
Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a professional demeanor
Preferred
Prior experience in sales, hospitality, sports facilities, or customer-facing roles is a plus
