Responsibilities
Provide a consultative approach by partnering with clients to produce exceptional results while building trust and commitment
Build meaningful relationships with our clients and advise them how to best use their UKG systems
Draw on your industry and WFM expertise to develop, maintain, and implement solutions to help clients solve business problems through their HCM system
Use system analysis techniques, including consulting with users, managers, and executives to determine software and system functional specifications
Document, analyze, test and modify WFM system based on and related to client and system design specifications
Model Mosaic’s customer service vision of Guide, Anticipate, Exceed
Maintaining target utilization rate
Maintaining Core or main discipline certification and managing multiple projects and/or launches
Completion of projects on with a focus on a high-quality deliverable and client experience
Strong ability to develop functional design solutions in the Core product (or specialty area) that meet clients’ needs
Demonstrating excellent consulting skills, including relationship building, communication and responsiveness, land & expand awareness, setting and managing expectations, and providing sound recommendations to clients, resulting in customer retention
Managing day-to-day operational activities, including timekeeping and maintaining your book of business
Qualification
Required
5+ years of HRIS consulting experience
Strong UKG WFM configuration and optimization skills
Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work
Preferred
A completed Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
Expert skills in UKG WFM products
