Facilities Operations Analyst (Call Center Support)
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Facilities Operations Analyst responsible for operating the Facilities Call Center and supporting maintenance operations. The role involves monitoring calls and messages, responding to requests, and maintaining customer service relationships.

Responsibilities
Monitoring and answering all calls and TEAMS messages to the Help Desk center
Answering emails via the organization resource account
Monitoring and responding to the Site Assistant Manager (SAM) request
Supporting the Facilities website for updates and other information
Contacting the appropriate POCs for emergencies
Customer Service relationships and communications
Tracking of performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Ability to utilize the CMMS system, phone, computer and other systems for creating, monitoring and communication of work orders and other operational needs
Monitoring and answering all calls and TEAMS messages to the Help Desk center
Answering emails via the organization resource account
Monitoring and responding to the Site Assistant Manager (SAM) request
Supporting the Facilities website for updates and other information
Contacting the appropriate POCs for emergencies
Customer Service relationships and communications
Tracking of performance metrics
Preferred
Experienced with a computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Experience with Share Point and/or web site development
Experience with purchasing and ordering maintenance related parts and services
Experience in working in fast paced environment with diverse disciplines
Experience with Asset Management and FCA processes
Experience with Tableau
Flexible with schedule for emergency support
