Enterprise Account Manager
Uncommon Elite is a fast-growing software platform connecting home services businesses through referral partnerships and actionable insights. The National Enterprise Sales Director will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing enterprise and strategic accounts across the home services and adjacent sectors, building a scalable sales strategy and engaging senior stakeholders to deliver sustainable revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and close national and strategic accounts (enterprise home services brands, aggregators, large franchise networks, portfolio companies)
Own the full sales cycle — from initial outreach through negotiation and contract close
Build a predictable pipeline and exceed quarterly/yearly revenue targets
Lead strategic outreach to Fortune 500 & large enterprise executives (CEO, COO, Head of Growth, GM)
Develop long-term strategic referral partnerships and alliances driving mutual growth
Influence product roadmaps and offerings based on enterprise market feedback
Sell value not just features — positioning the platform as a core revenue engine
Work closely with Marketing to build targeted enterprise campaigns and events
Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and retention for strategic customers
Coordinate with Product and GTM leadership on packaging, pricing, and competitive positioning
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting in CRM
Present strategic insights and deal progress to executive leadership regularly
Define and track KPIs that measure sales efficiency and growth
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of enterprise sales success with demonstrated ability to close 7- to 8-figure deals
10+ years in B2B SaaS sales with emphasis on strategic accounts and national customers
Experience selling into C-suite and influence-based negotiations
History of building pipeline from cold outreach and scaling sales in high-growth companies
Strong business acumen and ability to articulate ROI/value at enterprise scale
Disciplined sales process ownership with measurable results
Excellent communicator and presenter with executive presence
Expert negotiation and contract structuring capability
Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%)
Familiarity with CRM & sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach/ Salesloft, ZoomInfo, etc.)
Self-starter with high ownership mentality
Preferred
Background in home services ecosystem, marketplace platforms, lead/referral networks, or field service software
Experience building new markets and vertical scaling strategies
Demonstrated success partnering with CPG, national service networks, or enterprise referral platforms
