Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle: from initial conversation to closing the deal
Handle a pipeline of 75–100 active opportunities
Respond to inbound leads and run consultative discovery calls
Deliver engaging product demos that highlight Swiftlane’s value
Understand each prospect's operational challenges and tailor the solution to their needs
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth implementation and long-term satisfaction
Accurately track activity and pipeline progress in CRM tools
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Strong communication and listening skills – you ask great questions and truly understand customer needs
Experience in SMB or Mid-Market sales
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office startup environment
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Preferred
