Responsibilities

Maintain and update employee files in HRIS systems, process new hire paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation of personnel changes including promotions, transfers, and terminations across JLL's global workforce
Assist with open enrollment processing, benefits inquiries, and coordination with insurance providers while maintaining detailed records of employee benefit selections and changes in compliance with company policies
Support regulatory compliance efforts by organizing I-9 verifications, tracking training completions, maintaining audit trails, and preparing documentation for employment law requirements across multiple JLL locations
Assist with payroll processing verification, timesheet auditing, and PTO tracking while ensuring accurate data entry and resolution of discrepancies in collaboration with the payroll team
Provide general administrative support including scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, processing employment verifications, and maintaining confidential HR filing systems and databases

Required

Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting, with experience in Word and PowerPoint for documentation and presentation creation
Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy when handling confidential employee information and processing high-volume administrative tasks with minimal errors
Professional Discretion: Understanding of confidentiality requirements and professional boundaries when handling sensitive employee data and personnel matters in a corporate real estate environment
Permanent US work authorization required

Preferred

HRIS Experience Preferred: Familiarity with human resources information systems, database management, or similar administrative software platforms used in corporate environments
