Application Support Specialist
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot issues, identify root cause, and resolve or escalate
Log issues, document resolutions, and communicate status
Assist with software deployments and updates
Qualification
Required
Application/technical support experience
Strong SQL Server / T-SQL skills
Experience with Windows servers and applications
Preferred
PowerShell/command line a plus – but not necessary
