Responsibilities
Design and build molds, forms, and components for product development and testing
Craft realistic textures and shapes using materials such as natural stone, concrete, wood, metal, polyurethane, and plastics
Interpret and work from specifications, blueprints, sketches, and job orders
Inspect materials, molds, and equipment to ensure quality and identify defects
Build product displays and mockups to evaluate functionality and aesthetics
Operate shop equipment and tools, including cranes, forklifts, and power tools
Qualification
Required
Bring strong carpentry skills, including high-accuracy finish work
Have experience fabricating or crafting with raw materials (concrete, stone, wood, metal, polyurethane, or plastics)
Desire to learn or have exposure to construction, precast, or hardscape environments
Enjoy learning customer needs and translating them into physical solutions
Take pride in craftsmanship, quality, and continuous improvement
Have the ability to stand for extended period of time and lift, push, pull items exceeding 75 pounds
Ability to pass drug screening
Can obtain forklift certification (onsite training provided)
