Responsibilities
Manage the implementation and configuration of various systems and solutions
Engage with stakeholders in discussions about the business situation and strategy
Work with business users to define the project scope and timelines
Formulate and execute project plans, and manage cross-functional project teams across multiple geographies, solution practices, and business domains
Responsible for end-to-end delivery of multiple related material projects
Lead and direct the work efforts of resources that may be functionally aligned as part of the project or projects
Ensure end-to-end integration of various work streams to deliver the intended project solution
Document and maintain complex business models, interact with all departments, and participate in business definition meetings
Qualification
Required
Proven project management experience: planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution
Proficiency with Windows products including Visio and Project
Solid knowledge of software development life cycle (Agile and Waterfall)
Previous experience in banking segment handling complex projects
Ability to engage with clients in technology discussions
Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
Preferred
Experience in planning project deliverables and roadmap in close collaboration with product owners
Ability to coordinate across developers, vendors, and business users
Experience in issue resolution across multiple locations and businesses
Demonstrated skill in client relationship management and ability to manage, direct, and command respect from technical and delivery team members
Self-motivated, proactive individual, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to drive a project from concept to delivery
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
PMP Certified
Strong analytical skills and knowledge about business processes and product life cycles
