Front Desk Agent

Cherokee Nation Businesses is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join their team at Hard Rock Tulsa. The role involves managing reservations, facilitating check-ins and check-outs, and providing exceptional customer service to guests.

Responsibilities

Record reservations received verbally or in writing and enter them into the hotel computer system
Quote rates and room availability according to established procedures
Process and cancel reservations following appropriate procedures
Answer telephones promptly and route calls or provide assistance to callers
Provide prompt, accurate, and efficient check-in, check-out, and reservation services
Inform guests of required information and answer questions about the resort and local area
Communicate and coordinate with coworkers, supervisors, and managers in all departments
Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
Promote the hotel/casino and its services and facilities
Work closely with Housekeeping, Group Sales, and VIP Services to meet guest needs

Required

High School Diploma or GED
1 month of guest service experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Basic written, communication, and computer skills
Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
