Responsibilities
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders to define metrics, answer business questions, and translate needs into scalable analytical solutions
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics and reporting
Gather, clean, and consolidate large datasets to enable campaign measurement, funnel analysis, and sales effectiveness insights
Perform ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and issues across outbound motions and sales workflows
Continuously improve data quality, documentation, and reusability of analytics assets, including tables, views, and dashboards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree is required
Strong SQL skills (must-have), including the ability to write complex queries, perform aggregations and segmentation, and build datasets from scratch
Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL workflows
Experience supporting sales analytics, marketing analytics, or revenue operations, including campaign performance, funnel metrics, and conversion analysis
Familiarity with modern data warehouses and analytics environments (e.g., Databricks or similar platforms)
Experience developing dashboards and analytical outputs using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Qlik Sense, or equivalent
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain insights to non-technical stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations
