Responsibilities
Leverage the firm’s applicant tracking system (Crelate) to execute email campaigns at the onset of a search to gain immediate exposure in the candidate marketplace
Conduct online research through LinkedIn and other means to identify and target prospective candidates not previously known to VSP
Prepare job posting summaries and efficiently manage the flow of candidates
Conduct initial calls with candidates to assess qualifications and determine interest
Assist VSP partners with search management responsibilities, including interviewing candidates, preparing candidate summaries and liaising with clients
Qualification
Required
Accounting/finance experience or sourcing/recruiting experience gained in a corporate talent acquisition group and/or a recruiting firm
Preferred
Previous experience sourcing accounting/financial professionals
