Responsibilities

Developing monthly reviews of Awareness materials for inputs and approvals of items in the annual plan
Developing compelling news articles on a monthly basis to educate the staff; these are delivered by SharePoint page and Viva Engage (formerly Yammer) internal social media postings
Devising phishing simulation payloads and executing the tests using Microsoft Defender
Collaborating on annual Security Awareness training that all staff are required to complete, as well as running weekly reports on the staff to identify those who are past due, and updating Power BI dashboards
Assisting with the implementation of Cyber Security Awareness Month, held in October, in conjunction with teams from around the world
Issuing standard quarterly Repeat Offender training
Curating 2.5 hours of training materials required by regulators for Asia-Pacific teams
Administer license assignments in the Udemy Business Pro training platform
Gather monthly metrics and assist in preparing monthly presentations to senior Global Security leaders
Maintain Global Security new hire information as needed and intranet web pages as needed

Required

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Creative development of educational materials
Exceptional academic track record
Experience in analytics and quantitative analysis
Intellectual agility - the ability to learn and act on new information quickly and efficiently
Ability to learn and operate security tools when required
Team player across all levels of the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills & excellent interpersonal skills
A bachelor's degree in related discipline (Information Security, Cyber Security, Computer Science etc.) preferred or equivalent business experience will be considered
A cumulative GPA of 3.0. or above is required

Preferred

Experience in cybersecurity is a plus
